These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of PartSnap (“the service”). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

Using the service

PartSnap lets you capture and organize products for home remodeling projects. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you save and for keeping your account secure. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

SMS terms

• SMS messaging is optional and opt-in. You opt in by linking your own mobile number to your account.
• Messages are sent only in reply to texts you send, so frequency varies with your activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Product information & third-party content

PartSnap extracts information from third-party retailer pages. This information is provided for convenience and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Always confirm price, availability, and specifications with the retailer before purchasing. PartSnap is not affiliated with or endorsed by any retailer.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that extracted information will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartSnap will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
